Our standard photo magnets are 6.35 × 6.35 cm. We also offer other sizes and styles depending on the product.

🎨 Will my magnet look exactly like my photo?

We print your photo as supplied. We may make minor adjustments to ensure it fits the magnet correctly, but we don't heavily edit your images.

📦 How long will my order take?

Orders are made to order and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia.

❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our magnets are personalised and made specifically for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not already been dispatched.

💰 Can I get a refund?

As personalised products are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.

We will only use your photos for social media or promotional purposes if you have given us permission to do so.
