Personalised Magnet Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Miniprints Magnets, every order is custom-made and personalised just for you. because of this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect photos, text or details provided by the customer.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once production has begun cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
